IFC and Shudder have shared the final trailer for the viral horror flick Good Boy (2025), in which “a loyal dog moves to a rural family home with his owner, only to discover supernatural forces lurking in the shadows.” Directed by Ben Leonberg, Good Boy will hit theaters in the U.S. on October 3, in the UK and Ireland on October 10, and in Mexico on October 23.

A drag zombie disrupts a party in the brand-new trailer for Queens of the Dead (2025), the debut feature from Tina Romero (George A. Romero’s daughter). Queens of the Dead is part of the 2025 lineup of Beyond Fest (September 23-October 8). It’s set to open theatrically in the U.S. on October 24.

Synopsis: “A zombie apocalypse breaks out in Brooklyn on the night of a giant warehouse party, where an eclectic group of drag queens, club kids, and frenemies must put aside their drama and use their unique skills to fight against the brain-thirsty, scrolling undead.”

Stephen King recalls his experience watching The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) for the very first time in a new clip from Alexandre O. Philippe’s Chain Reactions (2024). The acclaimed documentary is now playing in New York City (Regal Union Square) and Los Angeles (Laemmle NoHo 7). It’ll expand to more U.S. cities on September 26.

Raven Banner has unveiled the trailer and poster for Deathgasm 2: Goremageddon (2025), sequel to Deathgasm (2015). This heavy metal horror comedy is premiering on September 21 at Fantastic Fest. 

Synopsis: “A few years after surviving the last demon apocalypse, Brodie is washed-up, broke, and stuck in small-town purgatory. But when he learns that NoizeQuest, a battle-of-the-bands competition, is coming to his town, he sees a shot at redemption – and maybe even a second chance with Medina. One problem: his drummer is missing an arm, and the rest of his band is, well… dead. Luckily, Brodie still has the pages of The Black Hymn, so raising his bandmates from the great beyond is just a riff away. But with every chord comes blood, guts, and the kind of apocalyptic chaos only Deathgasm can unleash.”

The Greek film She Loved Blossoms More (Agapouse ta louloudia perissotero, 2024) screened last year at such genre festivals as Sitges, Fantastic Fest and Mórbido Fest. And now it’s heading to cinemas and VOD in the U.S. on October 3, via Dark Sky Films. You can watch here its official trailer.

When their delusional father comes into the picture, the experiments go awry, and they descend into a psychedelic hellscape where the past and present fuse in a comedic yet disturbing exploration of grief.”

RLJE Films and Shudder released the teaser poster for Ryan Prows’ “ferocious vampire cop thriller” Night Patrol (2025). The movie had its world premiere a couple of days ago at Fantastic Fest and will play at Beyond Fest on September 28. Its U.S. theatrical release date is January 16, 2026.

Synopsis: “An LAPD officer must put aside his differences with the area’s street gangs when he discovers a local police task force is harboring a horrific secret that endangers the residents of the housing projects he grew up in.”
