Ventana Sur, showcase and the most important Latin American film market, celebrates 15 years of uninterrupted existence in Buenos Aires and has announced its starting date.
The most important film scene has Ventana Sur in its sights every year, as the meetings between filmmakers, creatives and professionals offer spaces where cinema grows and is nurtured through exhibitions, lectures and encounters that facilitate the growth of the film industry.
As it’s tradition, Ventana Sur will offer several sections to better accommodate the industry necessities:

Animation! The animated media, which is turning the heads of the industry because it’s potential, will have a dedicated space for the professionals.
Proyecta San Sebastián, Marché du Film and the INCAA offer a platform to enhance the relationships between the film industry in Latin America and Europe
SoloSerieS Projects in the realm of series and microseries are the focus, as well as the content platforms that feed off them.

The INCAAA (National Institute of Cinema and Visual Arts) and the Marché du Film of the Cannes Film Festival announced that Ventana Sur will be held from November 27 to December 1, 2023.
